I love pizza! Not exactly an Earth-shattering statement, I know. Pizza is one of the greatest, most tasty and most versatile foods you could ever hope to eat. Seriously, who DOESN’T love pizza? But not everyone has the chance to enjoy it, namely vegetarians and/or vegans who might take issue with various ingredients. While this recipe does include cheese, any vegan out there should be able to substitute is with a more vegan-friendly option, but other than that, you should be good to go. Add on the fact that this recipe is delicious even to a carnivore like me, and that means this truly is a recipe that EVERYONE can enjoy! Also, being made exclusively with vegetables, that means this pizza is not only tasty, but healthy too! That’s hard to find! You owe it to yourself to give this one a go!
