I’m always making chicken for dinner with some sort of vegetable, 9 times out of 10 its broccoli. This recipe from Tyler Florence is from his show Food 911 has a Chicken Stir-Fry that has other ingredients that go into this dish that you would love. The best thing about this recipe is that it cooks QUICKLY. You can also serve it with a side dish of brown rice, just as if you’re in a Chinese restaurant.
Here is what you’ll need to make Chicken Stir-Fry:
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil, divided
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 pounds chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 head broccoli, stems removed
1 dozen mushrooms, sliced
3 carrots, peeled and julienned
1/4 pound green beans, diced
1 head bok choy, chopped
