How do you prefer having your steak made? Well, the only answer to that question would be on the BBQ!! That is the only way I enjoy eating my steak. They come out nice and juicy, and medium rare is the only way to eat a good steak. But sometimes, even the very best steak might need a little something extra. Most people end up grabbing a bottle of A1. Next time, you should try putting this Sassy Steak Marinade on your steak instead. Then you just refrigerate for 30 minutes, then grill the steak. Simple as that! And believe me, you won’t be sorry!! My thanks go out to Erin Steele and to All Recipes for coming up with this easy-to-make marinade.
Here is what you’ll need to make Sassy Steak Marinade:
1 pound beef sirloin steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
2/3 cup cocktail sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
Personally, I’d leave out the mushrooms, I’m not really a fan. Either way tho, this marinade is fantastic! It really succeeds in taking steak to the next level! For the full instructions, check out All Recipes now. Enjoy!
