Those Rocky Road Fudge Bars look great, but here’s a little secret about them too…THEY’RE AWARD WINNERS!! Mary Wilson of Leesburg, Georgia won Pillsbury Back-Off contest 23 with these awesome treats way back in 1972, so you KNOW they’ve got to be AWESOME!
I whipped up a batch for my family the other day, and they dissappeared like magic!! These just might be the best brownies ever! You need to make them for yourself ASAP and let us know if you agree! For the full instructions, head over to Pillsbury now. Enjoy!

3/4 c chopped nuts
Filling
8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened, reserving 2 oz. for frosting
1/4 c margarine or butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbs Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 c chopped nuts
6oz pkg. (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
2 c mini marshmallows
Frosting
1/4 c margarine or butter
1/4 c milk
1oz unsweetened chocolate, cut up
Reserved cream cheese
3 c powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13×9-inch pan.
In large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 oz unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 level cup flour and all remaining base ingredients; mix well. Spread in greased and floured pan.
In small bowl, combine 6 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbs flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 egg; beat 1 minute at medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Stir in 1/4 cup nuts. Spread over chocolate mixture; sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven; bake an additional 2 minutes.
