I just love pineapple…and if it’s grilled, it’s even better! I came across this Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops recipe, and I was in heaven!
This recipe is pretty easy to make, and there aren’t many ingredients you have to worry about. Now that’s my kind of recipe!
Here’s what you need:
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple rings, juice drained and reserved
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pork chops
1 pinch ground black pepper
Every time there is pineapple involved…it always brings me back to HAWAII, you see there was always fresh pineapple on your dish…no matter the time of day. Well, back to today…you mix the drained pineapple juice with the rest of ingredients in a plastic bag, but reserve the rings.
Preheat the grill…remove from marinade…shake…grill…brush with marinade. While the meat is cooking, place the rings on the grill…cook until rings show the grill marks. Then it’s time to enjoy!
