WOW, this is a cool way to make a cake for July 4th and it’s EASY too!!!! I would use 9 inch (2) cake pans, and then divide the batter in 3 bowls (1 red, 1 blue and leave 1 alone). Then follow directions (#2) until the batter is used up. Bake, cool and frost (see instructions). Place fireworks shape on top of the cake with red and blue candy sprinkles placed on bottom on cake; place peeps (5 or 6) on top of cake when ready to serve. 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ white cake mix

Water, oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
Red and blue gel food colors
2 containers Betty Crocker™ Whipped fluffy white frosting
6 PEEPS® patriotic vanilla crème flavored chicks

1/2 cup red, white and blue jimmies candy sprinkles
