It’s gonna be a hot day on Saturday!!! I think I’ll make this awesome looking Peach-Berry Frozen Dessert, it will be refreshing! So I’ll get all the ingredients at the market on Friday after work. You put your shopping list together: chicken thighs, string beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and then I’ll take the dessert recipe so I’m sure that I get what I need—even though I ALWAYS find a way to forget something!
While I’m at it, here is everything you need:
1 (8 oz.) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 (6 oz.) peach fat-free yogurt with artificial sweetener
½ (8 oz.) container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
1 cup chopped, peeled fresh peaches; frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed, drained, and chopped;
Or
1 (8 ¼ oz.) can peach slices (juice pack), drained and chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries, thawed, drained if frozen
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Fresh berries (optional)
Saturday morning I’m putting together the dessert; I beat the cream cheese and yogurt; fold in the peaches and berries; now it’s ready to go in the freezer. I hope this delicious dessert comes out the way it should. Now the time is 8:45…it should be ready for dinner time.
Well, my dinner turned out perfect; let’s clean up the dishes and get to dessert! Time to put the coffee on while I’m at it! I’m really looking forward to this one!
This peach-berry frozen dessert was really delicious…I will DEFINETLY make this dessert again…only I’ll make it for company to spread the love!
