Memorial Day was just a few short days ago and, I don’t know how yours was, but mine was pretty awful. The weather just didn’t want to cooperate, as rain effectively wiped out all of my plans to go to a friend’s or family’s cookout. One thing I missed this year, which is normally the cornerstone of about 90% of the cookouts I’ve ever attended, was a nice heaping plate of ribs! If I had know about THIS recipe tho, my day could have been saved! Now, I can have ribs no matter what, regardless off the weather. No grill necessary! All I need now is my stove and I wish I knew about this sooner! Thanks Buzz Feed, for this perfect solution to a problem I honestly never knew I had.
Here is what you’ll need to make One Pan Baby Back Ribs:
1 rack baby back ribs, halved
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup bbq sauce
3 ears corn, husked and halved
10-15 stalks asparagus
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
I really wish I know about this sooner… Ahh well, live and learn I guess. For the full instructions, head over to Buzz Feed now. Enjoy!
