In my family, its hard to think of a major get-together that didn’t feature this treat. This recipe from Good To Know isn’t quite the same, but that’s also what makes this recipe so great. You can add and subtract or substitute almost anything you want, the end result will be the same. For example, this recipe calls for Malted Milk Balls and ginger biscuits (this recipe comes from the UK) while the recipe I’m used to has M&Ms and Chex Cereal. You can customize this treat however you like! What kind of mix can YOU come up with?
Here is what you’ll need to make No-Bake Rocky Road Squares:
100 g unsalted butter
225 g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tbsp golden syrup
100 g Maltesers®
100 g mixed milk and white chocolate chips
100 g mini marshmallows
225 g ginger biscuits, broken into pieces
Now remember, you can add or substitute whatever you want, as long as the base stays the same. Whatever you want to do, the method does not change. For the full instructions, got to Good To Know. Happy experimenting! Enjoy!
