My son will be in heaven the next time he’s off from work! I’m gonna make this dish “Mango Chipotle Carnitas Tacos” for dinner. I’m sure he would LOVE it! He just LOVES mangos and this dish has everything that he would eat. So it’s a home run for me!! It will be wonderful because everything gets to cook in a slow cooker for 6 hours. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
2¾ lb. boneless pork leg

1 can (12 oz.) 2% evaporated milk
1 yellow onion
