I love when I find recipes that make my life easier!  The simpler something is to make, I think the more fun it is to eat.  Snickerdoodle cookies are a favorite of mine and there’s a great mix that you can find in the stores made by Krusteaz. Or you can make them from scratch, which is what I do, but for this recipe, I recommend the mix.

This is a recipe that uses that cookie mix and makes it into an incredible snickerdoodle cobbler that your family will just love.  It is such a simple recipe and the end product is such a wonderful, gooey, unbelievably good smelling treat that it will be gobbled up in minutes, leaving nothing but smiles on your families faces. 1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 can apple pie filling
3 tablespoons caramel topping
