I can’t get enough of dumplings. It’s one of my old takeout standbys. I just came across this interesting fusion dish that I really wanted to share with you all today. These Escarole-Chicken Dumplings are a unique recipe that is made for calorie-conscious people. Chinese and Italian is one bite! Now that’s a new combo in my book! Here is what you’ll need to make Escarole Chicken Dumplings:
¼ c. vegetable oil
9 oz. ground chicken
1 piece fresh ginger
3 tbsp. palm sugar
¼ c. fish sauce
4 c. roughly chopped escarole
24 wonton wrappers
tbsp. soy sauce
