Key Lime Pie is AMAZING! I have already raved about it in the past and now is no different. Ok, maybe it’s a LITTLE different. I stumbled onto this recipe for Key Lime pie BARS that looks absolutely delicious and best of all, looks incredibly simple! Think lemon squares. It’s the same concept, whereas lemon square are a portable bite size variation of lemon meringue pie, so to are these, but for key lime pie. Pillsbury, you had me at hello!
Here is what you’ll need to make Easy 5-Ingredient Key Lime Pie Bars:

1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookies
1 container (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
5 to 6 large limes (3/4 cup lime juice and 2 tablespoons grated peel)
2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt Key lime pie
