If you love making and eating tacos you will love this recipe! You’ve never had tacos like this before!
My daughter and I made these for dinner yesterday and besides being easy to make they are fun too, and delicious to boot. This is a recipe for Crunchy Taco Cups and it’s a recipe that has found its way into my permanent recipe box. We had a great time making each taco cup and were able to make them in any variety that we wanted.
They come out nice and crunchy on the outside and moist and cheesy on the inside. It’s a taco but not as messy and they’re bite size, so to me they are perfect! Give them a try the next time you have a craving for tacos and let me know what you and your family thinks.
Here’s what you need:
1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 envelope (3 tablespoons) taco seasoning
1 (10-oz) can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or Mexican blend)
24 wonton wrappers
