Summer is almost upon us. Close your eyes and it will be here before you know it! When I am trying to stay cool during those more brutal days, I often find myself reaching for a hidden emergency stash of creamsicles from my freezer. Orange and cream is a fantastic mix! ESPECIALLY when you are trying to stay cool. It’s a very soothing combination. Imagine, then, how my eyes LIT UP when I stumbled onto this recipe for a Creamsicle Cheesecake that I just can’t wait to make! Heck, I might even go the extra mile and toss it in the freezer once I’m done, just to complete the disguise! All Recipes really stepped up their game with this one!
Here is what you’ll need to make Creamsicle Cheesecake:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop red food coloring
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
A creamsicle cheesecake sounds positively scrumptious! This might be my new favorite thing! For full instructions, head over to All Recipes now. Enjoy!
