I make pork at least once a week, and this recipe really peaked my interest! it’s from Campbell’s Kitchen. Try this recipe called “Pork Chops & Mushrooms in Creamy Chile Sauce”. You won’t be sorry! The only thing I would do different would be to make the soup mixture first, and put it on low heat. Then do the pork chops, and the mushrooms. Don’t forget the rice and dinner is done.
Here is what you’ll need to make Pork Chops & Mushrooms in Creamy Chili Sauce:
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 thin-sliced bone-in pork chops, about 1/4-inch thick
1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
8 large brown or white mushrooms, sliced (about 4 cups)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2/3 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cups hot cooked brown rice
