WOW! This Blueberry Crumble Cream Pie is so good, I had to share with all of you! Like most pies, you have to bake the crust first. Then mix the batter together with the blueberries going in last; at that point you pour it into the crust. Put the crumble over the blueberries; then bake for 55-60 minutes. When you finally cut into the pie…get your fork…you close your eyes…and you are having the best pie ever! Here is what you’ll need to make Blueberry Crumble Pie:
1 (9″) pie crust dough
For the Cake:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups fresh blueberriesFor the Crumble:
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup quick oats
