I recently started to eat avocados, and this recipe for “Chunky Mango Guacamole” looks right up my alley! I would cut the ingredients much smaller because it would fit onto chips much easier, but other than that, this recipe is fantastic! It can go on a baked potato or any type of meat you’re having for dinner and give it that Mexican flare. I would like to thank Vianney Rodriguez and Kendall-Jackson for this recipe.
Here is what you’ll need to make Chunky Mango Guacamole:
3 large avocados
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup cilantro, washed and chopped
1/3 cup onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
