WOW! Here is a cake that is made for the summertime; it’s a “Pink Lemonade Cake”. What is the most popular drink when it’s HOT and STICKY out! That’s right, it’s lemonade! There are so many parties during those hot months. Why don’t you venture out and make this cake…you’re guest will be amazed! I made this cake last summer and put yellow and 2 different shades of pink (a light and darker shade of pink was used here) sprinkles, and put a ruffle with icing around the cake bottom. 1 cup butter
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
Red food coloring
1 1/3 cups milk
1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon pure lemon extract
1 recipe Lemonade Butter Frosting
