Brownies
- 1 (18.4-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury™ Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Filling
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 12 oz. sweet dark or bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Glaze
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/8 teaspoon instant espresso coffee granules
- 1 to 2 teaspoons milk or whipping cream
