I had this “Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie” at my friend’s house one time and it was SO good.  I had never had rhubarb before so I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like it, But believe me, I was sold after just one bite!  It must have been the delicate mixture of the strawberries and sugar that took the rhubarb itself to a whole other level. It’s always good to try something different because you NEVER know you just might like it.
