While searching for ideas for some new dinners, I started finding quite a few different ideas for bread servings. Bread is a great thing to serve with pretty much any meal, after all. I’ve actually tried many new recipes for breads with different ingredients and this is my latest.
It’s a recipe for Garlic Herb Cheese Bombs and they are so addicting, if you do decide to make them, you should make more than you think you need. That’s just fair warning!
These cheese bombs are incredibly easy to make. You use refrigerated biscuits, so no worries about making your own bread, though I’m sure you could if you felt the need. Then it’s a simple process of stuffing the bombs with mozzarella cheese, bake, and then season perfectly. What you get in return are hot, cheesy, delicious bread bombs that you will not be able to stop popping in your mouth!
Here’s what you need:
2 cans (7.5 oz. each) refrigerated biscuits
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 cubes
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Some fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
A tiny pinch of salt
