I was watching a television show recently that was a cooking contest and the cooks had to make a dish using Nutella as the main ingredient. It was really interesting to see what they could get out of Nutella and its versatility amazed me. I would never have even thought of any of them.
It did however put me into the mood to search for Nutella based recipes and I found a few I loved, including this one! This recipe makes individual Nutella cheesecakes that are so good! It’s a very basic cheesecake recipe that you are just adding Nutella and chopped roasted hazelnuts to. So it is really simple and the results are a dessert that everyone will love. Make them for your next party or get together or just for your self or family when you just need something small and wonderful.
Here’s what you need:
10 oz graham crackers
5 tablespoons soft unsalted butter
1 x 13 oz jar Nutella (at room temperature)
¾ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
1 lb cream cheese (at room temperature)
½ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
Whipped Cream
2 x 12 mini cheesecake pans
