I absolutely LOVE fresh fish! One of my favorites has always been tilapia. It’s a very common fish in my area and I’m lucky enough to be able to get the freshest of the fresh from a local fish market, so I make it often. I usually just cover it in foil, throw in some lemons and bake it. It’s perfectly fine and quite tasty, but even I can admit that it’s a little plain for my taste and tends to get boring quickly. So I thought maybe next time, I would try something a little different.
That’s when I came across this recipe for Parmesan Crusted Tilapia that I just can’t WAIT to try! It’s a fairly simple recipe too, so it wont be TOO over my head. It should, however, be just different enough to spice things up a bit and make tilapia exciting again!
Here’s what you need:
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste
4 tilapia fillets
olive oil
Told you it was a simple recipe! ANYONE can do this! If you would like to see for yourself how easy it is, then head over to All Recipes now for the full instructions. There’s nothing like the rich taste of fresh tilapia combined with the zesty crunch of a parmesan crust. Good job guys! Enjoy!
