Here we go! It’s time for one of my all-time favorite comfort foods! It’s been a while since I had some good old Fettuccine Alfredo! It’s not exactly the healthiest dish for you, but that’s not the point!
My point is that I just got back from a LOOOOOONG day out, and on the way home, we decided to stop to eat at this local restaurant that we haven’t been to in maybe over a year at this point. I always loved their take on this classic Italian dish, and tonight was NO exception! My eyes lit up with joy and I finished the WHOLE PLATE while hardly even taking a breath, it was THAT good! Finally, when I finished my meal (in record time I might add) my first words were “Well, I think I know what I’m posting to the blog today!”
Here is what you need to make this awesome dish:
1 pound fettuccine noodles
1 stick butter
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan
