This Carbonara Pizza Appetizer goes on a 12 inch pizza pan, which you have to bake until lightly brown. Just follow directions and spread mixture over the hot crust. Sprinkle bacon, Monterey jack cheese and green onions. Bake and let stand for 5 minutes…and you have made your own pizza…wasn’t that fun!! Not to mention, DELICIOUS! 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1⁄8 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup milk
1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1⁄2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
