WOW, this “Spicy Chipotle Grilled Shrimp” can be made on your inside or outside grill. It’s summer time, and that means you grill OUTSIDE, as long as it isn’t raining!!! This delicious spicy marinated shrimp goes in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes. When you remove the shrimp remember to DISCARD THE EXCESS MARINADE. Then you thread 5 shrimp per skewer and grill 2 minutes per side. Serve with rice and a salad. On your salad, you can top it with carrots, cheese, cucumbers, nuts and whatever else you like. 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
